Q1. How can I get an access key to use the member service?
- To get an access key, you need to join our advertiser's network. It's FREE, FAST and EASY. After that, you will receive the access key. This key is assigned with your IP range (It's IP range of your Internet Service Provider). So it's can only use by you. It's assigned with an IP range but not an IP address, that means it's not problem even if your IP is dynamic. But if you change your Internet Service Provider, you need to contact us to re-assign your IP range.
Q2. What are the limitations?
- If you use the public service, you can download 5 files (for Megaupload) and 3 files (for Rapidshare) per day, and max file size is 80 MB.
- If you have an access key and use the member service, you can download 150 Megaupload files + 150 Rapidshare files within 5 days, and your access key is available for LIFETIME. Please note that the access key is assigned for only one person, so to prevent any abuse of our service (for example: public the access key for other people), our system will automatically delete the access key that it generates more than 150 links (Rapidshare or/and Megaupload) within 5 days. So, you have to remember that don't generate more than 150 links within 5 days.
Q3. How many offers I need to complete?
- ONLY ONE. It takes less than 1 minute to complete only 1 offer and you will get the access key that is available for LIFETIME. When you need to extend your access key, please go to http://www.hellorapid.com/resetkey.htm . Remember that we don't extent the access key that it is used by more than one person or any abuse this service.
Q4. After completing offer, do I need contact you to get the access key?
- Yes. You should go to active page and send us a notice to get an access key. We will send you the access key as soon as possible.
Q5. How long does it take to me to get the access key?
- This may take 1 to 3 hours but sometime it can take to 8 hours depending on the offer. You will receive the access key immediately after we check that you have completed the offer correctly.
Q6. I completed the offer, but I don't receive the access key. Why?
- You will only receive the access key when the advertiser confirmed that you have completed the offer correctly (it is also tracked by a third-party). In this case, maybe you have not completed the offer or completed incorrectly. With each offer, we always have the detail guide how to complete that offer. Please follow step by step guide to be sure that our system will credit for you. You shouldn't close your browser or disconnect internet until you finish the last step.
Q7. The download process didn't finish successfully? Why?
- This is a problem that it occurs with some people having a bad internet connection or when our server is overload. For example: if you download a file with size 80 MB and the download stops when it gets a file with 30 MB (or more/less). The download process stops and it says that the download completed. But you can NOT open this file because this file has been corrupt. It's very simple to solve this problem, you only need to use a Download Manager Program like Internet Download Manager or Flashget to enable the resume download option.
