• + Hellorapid is not responsible of what users downloads; when you generate a download link, you agree to have complete authority and legal right over the requested file and/or the proper authorization from the original author.
• + This site is designed solely for downloads of files or backups, which content is property of the user who request it.
• + This site does not store, use, promote, nor support the requested files because they are requested for and by the user.
• + The requested files are not located in our servers, we only transfer files from Rapidshare and Megaupload server to the user's computer.
• + Generated downloads will only be valid for the user who requested it , because we assume him and him only have the rights of the file.
• + This site is not designed for distribution, because the system is user based and doesn't allow it.
• + This site have the right to suspend any account without notice and/or forbid the request of a certain link if that is requested by the original author.
• + We include within this the TOS of RapidShare and Megaupload and we assume every user knows this before they use this service.
